1. Mayor’s Race- Katherine Shermer will be declared winner
2. City map cartoon drawing (Committee)- Revisit in November
3. Community Champion/ Mayor’s Dinner -set up, m/c, flyers etc. Cathy will welcome, Wendy announce Mayor, Tonia announce Community Champion, Dan run raffle and dismiss.
4. Name Tags (John)Tonia motioned $200, Liliette 2nd. Motion passes
New Business
- Business of the Month (LeeAnn) The Key Shop
- RLE business domain renewal (John Todd) John motioned to let go of rlechamber.biz, Dan 2nd. Motion passes
- Business Mixer with Rosario Rodriguez (Tonia) Decided to forgo.
- January business class (Tonia) Revisit (Jan 10th, at 6:00pm, meat and cheese board and drinks. $10 nonmembers, $5 members. Eventbrite, flyers)
- Park and Rec Trunk or Treat (Troy) Business friendly event, free
- Business Directory (LeeAnn) change all to never expire and update as the membership changes.
- Renewal, and Membership fees- Change tier amounts to $100, $200, $300

Director Comments: Stacey spoke of challenges with new complex and RLHS, and informed everyone Canine Bailey is retiring. Cathy spoke of Lifepointe Harvest Festival. Dan mentioned the Grange scavenger hunt. Tonia- The logo service offered to do logos for all membership interested in for $200 each.
